Aparantly they send them separately for security reasons... Thanks for the advice! Will check the licence when (and if) it arrives. However, my family is very much against me and him being in contact, because of the fact that his family has always been very poor, unambitious and live in an area which has a bad reputation. This reaches back to the boy's great grandfather, and I've been told its a cycle where the father, uncles etc have all been the same way. They are saying he is of a low standard, so because people would consider my family to be of a very high standard, if I get involved with him I would be compromising the family name. However, he is a real decent person with a kind heart and gentle character. I'm not sure what to do because I respect my family a lot, but I have strong feelings for him. My mum has told me just to break contact with him 100% because she doesn't want me involved with the family at all.
